Yoga is a great way to stay flexible. But what is the importance of flexibility in the body? 

Flexibility is an important part of our overall health and wellbeing. Have you ever sat in a car or an airplane for 2 or more hours, without taking a break to stand up? Do you remember how stiff and sore your body felt from that? If we don't encourage movement and regular stretching, we can begin to feel like this in our body everyday!
